Most agents do not have a content problem. They have a scheduling problem. The fix is not posting more — it is posting on a rhythm you can hold for a year without hating it.

The five-slot week

Pick five recurring slots and fill them with the same category every week. You stop deciding what to post and start executing.

  • Monday — Market number. One stat about your farm. Median price, days on market, active inventory. One sentence of context.
  • Wednesday — Property. A listing, a just sold, a coming soon, or a home you toured. Real photos only.
  • Thursday — Useful. Answer one question a client actually asked you this week.
  • Saturday — Local. A restaurant, a park, a school event. This is what makes people believe you live where you sell.
  • Sunday — You. Family, hobby, behind the scenes. One post a week is plenty.

Batch it in one sitting

Block 90 minutes every other Monday. Write ten captions, pull ten photos, schedule them, and close the laptop. Trying to be creative daily at 9pm is how agents quit posting by March.

Reuse everything

Your market report becomes a post. Your postcard artwork becomes a post. Your new business card design becomes a post. Every printed piece we produce for you is also a week of social content — the design work is already paid for.

Ignore the vanity numbers

Likes are not the point. The point is that when a neighbor decides to sell, your name is the one that surfaces. Consistency does that; virality does not.

What to stop doing

Stop posting generic quote graphics. Stop reposting national headlines with no local read on them. Stop apologizing for being gone for three weeks — just start again on Monday.

If you want the market numbers handled for you every month, our market reports are built exactly for this — printed for mailing and sized for posting.
